Meet Our Flight Instructors
RAMON BROWN
CHIEF PILOT
Ramon began his helicopter training in his early 20’s, advancing to his ATP Helicopter Certificate and ferrying turbine helicopters all across the country. Although he transitioned to flying mainly jet aircraft, Ramon’s love for helicopter flying continued. He has experience instructing beginner to advanced pilots.
JAIDEN DICKAMORE
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CFI/CFII
Jaiden began flying in 2021 in Southern Utah. Learning to fly primarily in R44s but also gaining experience in the Bell 206L and 505. Jaiden has a passion for flight instruction and all things helicopter. When he’s not flying, Jaiden enjoys climbing, dirt biking, and anything outdoors.
ERIC GLIVA
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CFI/CFII
Eric has been flying helicopters since 2022. He worked in law enforcement for 22 years prior to beginning his training to be a pilot. Eric has trained and flown in several parts of the country, including the Florida coast, the San Antonio area, and the Four Corners area. He completed his commercial, instrument, and CFI/CFII ratings through Mile High Rotors, and was thrilled to be given the opportunity to fly professionally with the school that got him where he is. Eric has a lengthy background in practical instruction, and greatly enjoys applying that to his role as a flight instructor.
BRIAN MONROE
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CFI/CFII
Brian’s flying career began in 2004 while he was in high school. He worked as a maintenance technician’s assistant on fixed wing aircraft as a way to fund his helicopter flight training dreams. In addition to teaching, he has experience in helicopter sales, survey, photo/ film flights, ferrying, and FAA part 135 operations including charters, and tours. He has flown air ambulance since 2016 and is well versed in the beautiful, but challenging, mountainous environment of the Colorado Rockies. When he is not flying, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and hiking with his dog, Maverick.
HAYDEN BROWN
CHIEF PILOT - FIXED WING FLIGHT OPERATIONS
Hayden comes from a long line of pilots going back to his great-grandfather. After taking his first flight at 15, he is now an ATP-rated pilot, Certified Ground Instructor, and Gold Seal Flight Instructor in airplanes. He has prior experience teaching Seaplanes in Florida, mountain flying in the Colorado Rockies, and flying high-altitude long-distance in private aviation. He has a drive to share his passion for flight and a goal to enhance the aviation safety culture. When he is not flying, he enjoys film/video production, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
BRIAN LENIHAN
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CFI/CFII
Brian transitioned from a career as a chef in the hospitality industry to pursue his dream of becoming a helicopter pilot. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to Colorado 11 years ago and has loved every minute of life since. After completing his training with MHR and four years of flying experience, Brian is eager to work with aspiring aviators and share his passion for helicopters. When he’s not in the cockpit, you can find him skiing or climbing with his wife, Jennifer, and spending time with his two daughters, Emma and Sofia.
